Photons of cells on earth.

Updated 06/29/2025.

When we sleep, sleep reduces the amount of light photons emitted by cells. Resting lowers our respiratory and heart rates, as seen in this graph using my data from a smartwatch.

Sleeping less increases oxygen levels and respiratory rate, and could cause more light or photons in the atmosphere, which could accelerate spring or cause some vegetation to change its reproductive cycle.

Can sleeping too much be bad for bones, but can sleeping less be better for reducing calcium problems?

When our knee hurts or our teeth darken, it could be due to a lack of photons. Photons in bone cells help attract calcium to bone cell receptors. When we are short on photons during exercise, this can cause wear and tear, and oxygen cells don’t regenerate as quickly. Therefore, when it hurts, it may be better to stop and sleep a little less and exercise less.

This respiratory rate data of mine, taken with a Garmin fenix 7, may be close to or near the hours we need to sleep, depending on the intensity of the exercise or activity during the day. The Garmin fenix 7 watch does not measure naps. If the average number of breaths per minute drops significantly during the day and night, it can cut off the flow of oxygen produced by photons.

Deep sleep and Ren sleep can be found between the minimum and maximum respiratory rates. Ren sleep has a frequency with more photons, and deep sleep has fewer.

These are my sleep statistics for a day.

If you have a different sleep pattern, it doesn’t mean it’s bad, depending on your needs. The stress indicator can indicate calcium in bone cell receptors and calcium, or antibodies to cells, or leukocyte activity.

These statistics are from a different day than the sleep pattern.

When we experience many consecutive days of stress, it’s best not to exercise and wait for the stress and heat to subside, because the joints don’t regenerate. It’s better to rest until the stress subsides, and the temperature can drop, allowing the joints to regenerate. Perhaps a calcium supplement can speed up the rest process if that’s the deficiency.
